Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons we have a NO REFUND POLICY. However We will fully refund you on any returned item/s if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item/s you have purchased, providing that:

The product has not been used,damaged and is returned to us in its original undamaged packaging and state.

The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.

If there is a fault with the product that cannot successfully be repaired to the same standard look at shipping policy above
